As for my favorite way to entertain, I like making it easy on the guests. I put out food and beverages throughout the rooms instead of just one area. It gives more room to roam and gives a nice laid back atmosphere.
For summer entertaining I love using fresh fruits for drinks!
If you are serving punch make and ice ring out of the punch to keep it cold and not water down the drink.

Keeping the recipes simple and delicious is my favorite for summer entertaining. Grilling meat, fruit and veggies.
I live in an apt. so probably won’t do much entertaining this summer, but once I get a house I’d love to host a BBQ sometime.
I love grilling by the pool with friends. I’ll usually make a refreshing Cocktail to go along with the food, like fresh Mojitos or Margaritas. <3 Summer!
I love to entertain in the summer by setting up food bars that guest can self serve themselves. I put out all the toppings and guest can decide what they like. I’ve done baked potato bars, taco bar, ice cream sundae bar, mimosa bar with fresh juices. It’s fun and interactive for everyone!
