Blueberry Blender Pancakes
Make breakfast even easier by making your batter in the blender! No whisk/bowl needed. Simply pour right from the blender!
Since I’ve been posting so many sheet pan/one pot dinner recipes, I figured we needed to show some love to breakfast meals.
Because if you really think about it, breakfast for dinner is probably one of the best meals anyway.
Especially when pancakes are involved.
But more specifically.
Blender pancakes. And bacon. And hash browns.
Wait. I digress.
Now when I say “blender pancakes”, I mean that the batter completely comes together in the blender.
Even the blueberries, which gives it a nice natural blue food dye.
Just be sure to have your maple syrup nearby. And that bacon-hash brown situation.

Interesting way to cook pancakes, never used a blender before but it clearly has worked very well. Very intrigued by this recipe. Great work (:
Made these this morning using frozen blackberries instead of blueberries because I had them on hand. Still super delicious!! Thanks for the quick and easy recipe!
Unfortunately, not a hit at my house. I thought they were great though, very textural.
instead of bleuberry, which fruit can be used as I don’t have blueberry in my country
Thanks
Strawberries can also be used!
Thanks for the recipe! I’ve got to give blender pancakes a try

These look great – they look like pancakes my grandmother made in Germany. Do you think you can use this batter to make waffles?
What a great idea! But without having tried this myself, I cannot answer with certainty. As always, please use your best judgment.
is it ok to omit the banana? if not is there a substitute? I cannot eat bananas
Yes, you can omit.
What a wonderful idea. Cannot wait to try them. Thank you, Chungah.
