Sheet Pan Teriyaki Salmon
A one pan dinner! Quick. Fast. And so flavorful. With your veggies right alongside your main for the speediest clean up EVER!!!
Do you have any must-have staples in your fridge?
You do, right?
There’s just certain essential items you must have on hand in case the world comes to an end.
You know.
For safety.
For example.
I always have brie cheese bites. String cheese. Sharp cheddar.
(Side note: I think we’re beginning to see a pattern here…)
Good quality butter. Protein waffles. And homemade teriyaki sauce.
You know that teriyaki sauce will come in so handy.
Especially on those weeknights when you have no idea what’s going on the dinner table in the next 30 minutes.
Fear not.
I got you guys covered.
With one single pan.
And salmon, green beans and carrots.
You can also swap out the veggies for other vegetables to your liking.
But please be mindful of cooking time.
You can also substitute the salmon for chicken breast.
But again.
Cooking time can vary.
Just be sure to have plenty of teriyaki sauce on standby.
With those brie bites.
Then you’ll be set.

Damn delicious, as always! My husband asked that it be added to the weekly/bi-weekly rotation, and the homemade teriyaki sauce was wonderful. Thanks so much!
Sounds delicious! I want to make this using frozen salmon & green beans but am not sure how much time to add to the recipe?
Thought this worked out great. Easy to clean up as well!
I caught myself saying “wow this so quick & easy” in the middle of prep. I’ve never! I love this recipe!
Love at first bite! Make this recipe! Easy prep, easy cleanup, and Delicious results. I was bragging and sharing with everyone! I added 1 vidalia onion & olive oil for coating ingredients.
This was excellent and cooked up perfectly! I used bottled sauce and did add a few more carrots! Husband loved it!
Wow! Super simple, super tasty. 5 minute clean up.
Quck, easy and SUPER delicious! And,clean up is a snap.
Delicious and a hit with my entire family. We did two things differently but otherwise cooked the recipe as is. One, I halved the amounts of both the brown sugar and honey. It was still plenty sweet for my family. Second, I toasted my sesame seeds in a dry pan. I love the nuttiness of toasted seeds and felt like it really enhanced both the fish and the green beans. Your website is a go-to for me. I can always count on your recipes to be amazing. I made one pot beef stroganoff earlier this week and it was also five stars. Thank you!
Excellent recipe! This salmon and veggie recipe is headed straight into my Best of 2019 file. I loved the homemade teriyaki sauce, for starters! The cooking method and timing was perfect and everything tasted amazing. Thank you!
Sweet! Thanks for sharing! 🙂
How long will your homemade teriyaki sauce last in the fridge?
It should keep for a few days but methods for optimal food storage and shelf life should be based on good judgment and what you are personally comfortable with.
The salmon was wonderful! The green beans were undercooked (quite crunchy.) Next time, I might microwave the green beans a bit beforehand.
Tried it with asparagus and red potatoes instead. It was very good.
I made this for my family yesterday but used several carrots to help fill the pan and they loved it!!! This is the third recipe of yours, all are a great hit with my family! Thank you!
I made this last night and loved it! Super easy and so little clean up!
I also added cherry tomatoes and mushrooms to the beans and carrots, delicious!
I have made this three times now and my husband and daughter love it each time! I do not mix up the sauce or use premixed sauce, I sprinkle the ingredients to the sauce directly on the salmon.
Thanks for the fantastic recipe! Just made this for dinner tonight and it was delicious, quick and easy! I loved the orange zest with it, I couldn’t imagine leaving it out. Thanks again!
I am so doing this tomorrow.
Great recipe! I’ll use your homemade teriyaki sauce, thank you!
Thanks a lot for this yummy recipe, super easy and quick dinner , I add mushroom instead of greenbeans that’s what I have on my fridge, Delish !
Sounds amazing! I will definitely have to try that instead!
