Sheet Pan Teriyaki Salmon
A one pan dinner! Quick. Fast. And so flavorful. With your veggies right alongside your main for the speediest clean up EVER!!!
Do you have any must-have staples in your fridge?
You do, right?
There’s just certain essential items you must have on hand in case the world comes to an end.
You know.
For safety.
For example.
I always have brie cheese bites. String cheese. Sharp cheddar.
(Side note: I think we’re beginning to see a pattern here…)
Good quality butter. Protein waffles. And homemade teriyaki sauce.
You know that teriyaki sauce will come in so handy.
Especially on those weeknights when you have no idea what’s going on the dinner table in the next 30 minutes.
Fear not.
I got you guys covered.
With one single pan.
And salmon, green beans and carrots.
You can also swap out the veggies for other vegetables to your liking.
But please be mindful of cooking time.
You can also substitute the salmon for chicken breast.
But again.
Cooking time can vary.
Just be sure to have plenty of teriyaki sauce on standby.
With those brie bites.
Then you’ll be set.

This looks so delicious! Salmon is my favorite fish
I got married just over a year ago and I have to say your website has made cooking for the two of us so enjoyable! There is always a good chance that our weekly meal plans will have one of your recipes or more. We’re even trying to sell 2 months of meal plans for $5 on fiverr to pay down student loans. Why not get paid a little for something you love to do? I hope I can inspire people to get back in the kitchen as much as you have done for me! Thank you!
That is an awesome way to cook up a quick dinner. Excellent post! (:
Is it two or four carrots? They are listed twice 🙂
Thanks!
Two! 🙂
I love love love one pan meals. Especially when they involve salmon!
Can you please give me your homemade teriyaka sauce and maybe add it to this recipe for all of us?
It already is, Pat! 🙂 If you see in the ingredient list, it says “1/2 cup teriyaki sauce, homemade or store-bought”. You can click on “homemade” and it will lead you right to my homemade recipe.
Love this recipe. Where do I find Brie bites?
Trader Joe’s!
