The Perfect Easy Mezze Platter
This is the absolute perfect Mediterranean party platter! With hummus, tabbouleh, almonds, lavash bread and so much more!
It wouldn’t be summer without a mezze platter.
Now for those of you who don’t know what a mezze platter is, it’s a perfect Mediterranean spread.
Basically, a party platter.
It’s great for home entertaining.
But it’s also equally portable.
I just throw it all on a sheet pan, add plastic wrap and transport as needed.
Here’s what you’ll need, which you can feel free to omit or substitute, of course:
- Lavash bread
- Olives
- Feta
- Artichoke hearts
- Tabbouleh
- Cucumber
- Tomatoes
- Hummus
Of course, last not but not least, Fisher Nuts whole raw almonds, preservative free and non-GMO Project Verified.
And let’s be honest here.
This can be served as an appetizer.
But really, it’s a meal in and of itself.

This was a big hit at bunco night.
I’m not familiar with lavash bread. Should it be warmed or toasted first? Thanks! Looks yummy!
I found your site a few months ago and return continually because you always have a version of a recipe I am looking for, regardless of ethnic origin, and I know your version will be well explained, documented and DELICIOUS! Thank you and know you have a big fan out in Texas!
The picture is so attractive and everything on it. This will be perfect with bbq for my son’s birthday family party
Thank you for sharing details. Can’t wait to try this!
This is perfect, but I don’t think it’s Mediterranean. It sounds more like the Middle East to me. Thanks for the recipe!
Brenda, in the U.S. we use the term Mediterranean to encompass all sorts of Middle Eastern and Eastern European cuisine! It’s definitely an erroneous name as to most of the rest of the world Mediterranean would be synonymous with Spanish or Greek. When we say it we usually mean Turkish, Persian, Lebanese, etc. We’re just weird like that. 😉
You have me drooling over here! Excellent idea for parties!!! I’m saving this recipe for sure!
This is amazing! I just love it soooo much! I’m going to make this for my baby’s half birthday party!

I omitted the artichoke hearts and you’re right, it’s a meal unto itself. Our family absolutely loved it. Going to make again this afternoon the lemon dill salmon. With all the hot weather thought a series of cool meals would help the body. As always, thanks Chungah. Fantastic Recipes!
This looks delicious!! I have been thinking about making a platter for the long weekend, but had no ideas. Perfect timing!
You take some of the most amazing pictures. Honestly, the first thing that makes me print out your recipes are the pics. This platter looks so good and light
Beautiful!! Absolutely beautiful! Thank you, still again, Chungah!!
