Sheet Pan Roasted Broccoli
How to make roasted broccoli so PERFECTLY and easily using ONE SHEET PAN! The broccoli comes out perfectly crisp and addicting!
This broccoli tastes like crack.
I’m not joking.
Well.
I guess I am.
It’s only because I’ve never had crack.
But I imagine it would taste like this.
Like really really really good roasted broccoli.
With just enough color, crispness and tenderness.
Plus.
With freshly grated Parmesan, it’s actually kind of a step up from crack.
Just saying.

pan…followed cooking instructions from there..will definitely make again
What great modifications, F Mtchell! Thanks for sharing!
I just recently discovered your website and really loving it so far – I also had asparagus and brussel sprouts on hand, so I tossed them in with the broccoli and had a green veggie feast!
This looks really good! I like broccoli but I am always looking for ways to jazz it up.
Isn’t this shredded not grared parm?
You can use either or.
Try sprinkling some leon juice over it when it comes out of the oven. It’s the cherry on top.
Roasted broccoli is actually the BEST way to eat it, in my opinion. Broccoli is good, but roasting it adds a little something extra, especially if there’s a touch of parmesan cheese involved. Yum!! Yours looks really good. Plus, it sounds simple to make. 🙂
This looks so yummy!
