I have two Instant Pots, both are 6 quarts. I’ve made every one of these recipes and they really are awesome! I use my IP from 5 to 7 days a week. It still amazes me how quickly it cook and, after you set the time and the lid’s sealed one just walks away and lets the IP do its thing. Marv

    • Hi Sherry! All recipes have been tested using a 6-qt Instant Pot. That being said, without further recipe testing, I cannot answer with certainty at this time. As always, please use your best judgment regarding substitutions and modifications.

    • I was just given a small IP, too. What have you found out about cooking times, please?
