Frozen Peach Bellini
Wonderfully light, refreshing, and bubbly peach bellinis – and all you need is 3 ingredients and 5 minutes! So simple and easy!
Summer officially starts June 21st, but we can start our summer party early with these peach bellinis. It’s just too good to put this on hold for 3 more weeks.
Not only that, it’s just so easy to make! All you need is a blender and just three ingredients – frozen peaches, mango nectar and Prosecco (or champagne). That’s it!
From there, you can blend everything together and top it off with the Prosecco. And for a non-alcoholic beverage, lemon-lime soda or sparkling water should do the trick!
Frozen Peach Bellini
Ingredients
- 3 cups frozen peach slices
- 1 cup mango nectar
- 1 (750-mL) bottle Prosecco, chilled
Instructions
- Combine peach slices and mango nectar in blender until smooth.
- Pour peach mixture into champagne flutes until half full. Fill glasses with Prosecco.
- Serve immediately, garnished with peach slices, if desired.

I couldn’t find frozen peaches any so I used frozen mangos instead – delicious!
So very easy and delicious! I used the frozen peaches that I put up last year. Perfect drink for a hot day and for a brunch.
Hey folks… Here’s my version of the classic “Peach Bellini, that I created for the 1987 North American science fiction convention in Phoenix Az. :
my ingredients:
2 lbs of frozen peach slices (keeping two or three slices separate per serving for garnish if needed)
1/2 pint of Peach Schnapps
approx. 1/4 (+/-) of 1/5th of Coconut Rum
1 can of frozen Hawaiian’s own pineapple/guava frozen juice mix (no water added)
Using the large 64 oz. Vita-mix carafe
Add the above listed ingredients. cover, and blend on high until, everything is well blended into a frozen slurry….
pour into glasses, adding frozen slices of peach and a sprig of fresh mint as garnish, and serve
(depending on glass sizes, serves 4-8)
At the sci/fi convention? I had to make many batches, as this was a Major Hit… Enjoy

How do you make this without mango nectar? I’m allergic to mangoes
You can simply omit or use something else instead – for instance, you can use papaya or even nectarine.
Easy.. My Girlfriend is also allergic to mango’s.. So in my version? I substitute pineapple/guava.. works wonderfully

Can the batch be saved if it is not all used??
I’m not entirely sure if it will keep.
I was wondering if you could substitute the mango nectar for peach nectar or something else.
Absolutely!
Leanne, What is the peach wine that you have. I would love a suggestion for a good peach wine. Thanks
I have a bottle of Asti, can I use that in place of the prosecco?
Sure!
I like the frozen tub idea, should work!
Hi! What do you think about freezing a whole batch in one big container and scooping it out frozen?
What a great idea! But unfortunately, without having tried this myself, I cannot answer with certainty. As always, please use your best judgment.
I have a wonderful peach wine that I will try this with. On another blog, it was suggested to pour this into ice cube trays so you can take out only a few cubes at a time, add a small splash of wine to the blender and the cubes, blend and presto – you have a one (or two or three) serving drink.
Hi! I was just wondering what is a good food pairing with this drink? Or is it good on it own?
It’s honestly great on its own, but you can also serve with a light spring salad, risotto, garlic fries, scallops and/or pasta.
This is a brunch drink IMO. Think Eggs Benedict or Chicken and Waffles.
Any ideas on how to make this a diabetics friendly drink?
Unfortunately, without further recipe testing, I cannot answer with certainty. As always, please use your best judgment.
This look delicious! I cannot edit to try. Where do I find mango nectar??? Love your recipes!
Thank you!
Donna
Thank you!! Meant to type “wait” instead of edit.
Mango nectar should be available in most grocery stores.
Gorgeous!!! Oh, how I heart bellinis… So looking forward to enjoying these while soaking up some summer sun!
Why does it say “set aside” after you blend peach /mango….set aside to me means your not going to need it just yet…in this case you blend and pour into a glass unless I am missing something?
Stella, you are completely right. There is no need to “set aside” – you can simply blend and pour. Easy peasy!
Oh, holy cow!! I could just crawl inside that beautiful thing and spend all summer! Mmmm…
This was really good and refreshing. The mango nectar was a bit overpowering in relation to the peaches.
