Nice idea’s and most of them look good, the only thing I don’t really like that they are all salads and sandwiches, I was looking for idea’s that was neither of these.

Ground Beef Noodle Stir Fry, this receipe was so easy and many of the ingredents was on hand. Quick to put together and very tasty. I throughly enjoyed the meal. Due to my issue, soy sauce- sodium , I used a product “Coconut Secret Coconut Amino” soy-free seasoning sauce (65% less sodium than soy sauce). Was just perfect, Thank you for sharing.
I’m so glad I came across your quick meals in a pan. Was home alone for a week and couldn’t decide what to make for myself. I ate like a Queen, and saved myself from eating burgers and plate lunches that add up in cost.

It took you 15 minutes to make a pesto chicken salad sandwich? These are all 5 minute meals, at best. They may be tasty, but about as nutritious as a breakfast bar.
If we all wanted to eat a breakfast bar for lunch everyday then sure, I guess your comment makes a valid point. For the rest of us who actually like the taste of things, these quick lunch ideas aren’t terrible.
PS I’m super impressed you can make a whole healthy lunch in “5 minutes, at best”.
