Spring Cheese Board
How to build the most PERFECT cheese board! Perfect for entertaining and impressing your guests, this cheese board is assembled with so many of our favorite Spring fruits and veggies!
After the Winter cheese board, I figured a Spring cheese board was absolutely needed.
Because, guys.
We need every excuse to make a cheese board. We just do.
So I’ve taken all the good things from Spring along with my favorite cheeses – brie, gorgonzola, Colby Jack and a super aged gouda – to create the most colorful board ever.
The must-have Spring elements here are fresh berries, beets, watermelon radish, cantaloupe, baby carrots and mint leaves!
I would even take it a notch further and add some roasted asparagus spears!
Don’t mind me. Just an overachiever here when it comes to cheese boards.

how do i serve the brie on the cheeseboard platter?
I like to let the brie come to room temperature for about an hour prior to serving, allowing the cheese to become irresistibly creamy. You can also slice one or two small wedges ahead of time for serving.
What is the item between the cantaloupe and raspberries? It kind of looks like caramel?
It’s gouda!
What size and type platter is pictured? It adds so much to the presentation!
