Strawberry Pineapple Kale Smoothie
A power-packed, nutritious smoothie that doesn’t even taste healthy! An absolute must for your mornings!
I hope you all had a wonderful 3-day holiday weekend. My boys partied a little too hard so we are in full recovery mode with this power-packed smoothie.
It’s a green smoothie that doesn’t taste “green” at all, mixed in with a creamy strawberry layer. So if you have any doubts about this whole green smoothie trend, well, at least half of the smoothie will be on familiar grounds.
Either way, you’ll still love the green layer on top, sweetened with bananas and pineapple – a wonderful tropical kick to your busy mornings!

Also, I used blue Hawaiian Punch because I didn’t have Apple juice.
I switched it up a bit. I didn’t have Bananas. I had strawberries, pineapples, peaches, and mango. It was delicious. Thank you.
I was more than happy this great site. I have you bookmarked to see new information on your blog.
Thanks
Thanks for your real article
This week I bought a Vitamix at Costco. Hubby and I had been studying blenders for awhile and my daughter said this is what they use at the coffee cafe she works at. So, after scouring the internet for smoothie ideas, I decided this should be my first smoothie recipe. We love it! Made it as directed except squeezed the juice out of 1/2 of a lemon so that I could use it up. My berries were frozen and my pineapple whole fresh and I think I may have added a bit more than called for. I also used power greens from Costco. I’m happy that husband enjoyed it also. This will be going into my Pinerest smoothie folder. Thank you for sharing.
I love this!!! Tried it yesterday, exact to the recipe, and again today using raspberries and blackberries and swapping out half the apple juice for some coconut water, and mixing in some chai seeds for extra goodness. I love it. Doesn’t taste of kale at all, and I actually prefer the green juice layer to the strawberry smoothie layer! I’m going to be making this one a lot. I also put this smoothie up on my own blog, but I hyperlinked the recipe to this page, if that’s ok?
