Pepperoni Pizza Sliders - These are a guaranteed hit with family and friends! So buttery, so cheesy and so easy to make (can be made ahead of time too!).

I just want to be very transparent about this.

This recipe is meant to serve 12.

Yes. 1-2.

But. If I’m being honest.

We each had a row of sliders to ourselves.

So really. It serves 4.

But I’m just throwing a disclaimer out there.

Because this is supposed to feed 12.

Made them and my family loved them! No surprise right just look at the reviews. Oh my word.

I did my own twist and made ground beef and seasoned it with some Italian seasoning along with some others and when it was done, I drained the meat and stirred my pasta sauce into it then proceeded to the instructions. This was VERY delicious! Thanks so much!

  4. Hi ! Could I make these with homemade pizza dough and make it into little rolls? There are no such thing as dinner rolls in my country.

My guys ate ALL of these! I threw in some spinach and fresh minced garlic bc I had it around. The only issue I had was with the cooking temp and length-which next time I will put at 375 for 5 minutes as you really are only toasting the dish. Will make again!

Omgsh.. These are amazing! Just made for gameday and half are already gone. Lol I did change a bit because I have read several different but similar recipes in the past. I used two different types of cheese -sliced mozz & jalapeno. And we added a little bit of cooked ground up sausage that we had leftover from breakfast. Let me just say- everyone who has tried one, loves them! My boyfriend even just said he could go without pizza from now on if we have these instead. Yayy!! Game day cooking win for me! Thanks for the delicious recipe!

The flavors are great! We LOVED these! We didn’t eat them all, and the leftovers were a little soggy. Next time I will put the pepperoni first, then sauce, and cheese. I think this will help with leftovers.

I did use turkey pepperoni, so there would be less calories.

  8. Do you have any ideas for a vegetarian option?

  9. Wondering if you could wrap these individually? I would love to serve these to a large crown (40 plus). I have done so with other types of sliders.

  10. WOW!! Made this with Brioche rolls, used mild salami and chorizo because that’s what I had on hand and they have just hit the favourites list in our house! Thanks for an awesome recipe!

  11. WHAT would be a good side dish to serve with these?

  12. Omg! I added crumbled sausage to these and HOLY COW! These were amazing. My crew is picky but they scarfed these down and said this was a new favorite.

  13. I have tried this recipe at home and I really enjoy it. The only problem was that it wasn’t looking so good like yours 😀
    Thanks for sharing!

  14. Holy Canoli. These are the bomb diggity. We didn’t get to eat them on Hawaiian rolls because the store ran out, but wowser. They are amazing. My daughter, Emma would have eaten all 12 of them if given the chance. They were that good. But she asked “Will it all go to my bootie?” I said yes…so she stopped at 3. I was making a boatload of them, so I shopped at GFS and got a “super heavy pizza sauce.” It was perfect for this meal. We put the large GFS pepperoni on the bottom, the sauce in the middle, then the shredded cheese. (don’t use the fancy small shredded cheese, use the fat shredded cheese.) No sauce touches the bun, so no soggie boggie. AAAAAAAAmazing meal. To make them a freezer meal, complete as directed above, except for the sauce on the top. Put all topping ingredients in a sandwich baggie, but leave the butter in its wax wrapper and melt just prior to baking and mix with the rest of baggie contents. No special packaging needed. Just slide them back into their original packaging and freeze. Thank you Damn Delicious. They certainly are.

  15. Biiiig ol’ fan of sliders over here! So many ways to personalize, and such a fun recipe to make with the kids, too!

  16. These look aMAZEing!!! I’ll take three dozen… 😉 Saying goodbye to my diet…

  17. Well these are a thing of beauty and yes – I’m thinking I’d need at least 2 pans just for my family of 7! Probably more!

  18. If these are assembled ahead of time. Can you keep them in the fridge for a couple hours or even overnight?

  19. I am planning to make these pizza sliders
But unfortunately pepperoni gives us a heartburn so I am looking into using something else in place of the pepperoni what would you suggest?
    Thanks Jenny

  20. I am interested in making those sliders.  In your photo the topping looks like you have tomato sauce
spread on top of the buns.  In your video you do not spread any sauce on top of the buns except the garlic butter
topping.  In your photo they look more interesting to eat.

  21. My kids loved these sliders especially with the Hawaiian rolls ! They are any easy snack for them to grab and heat up in the microwave!

  22. My kids loves these sliders ! The kids can grab these for snacks . I had extra for leftovers and the kids could just reheat them in the microwave. The Hawaiian rolls made them super delicious!

  23. For me pizza and love are basically synonyms! God bless this Italian invention! Perfect to do for events such as birthdays, halloween!!!!!! I already have my salame pizza from barillarestaurants.com done to host a dinner tomorrow. So easy to prepare!!! and quick! But will definitely take this into consideration for future reference!

    Thanks for sharing!

  24. These look so good! Can’t wait to make them for our Halloween party!

  25. I think I’d keep them just for my husband and I and have them leftover for days ! They look finger licking great!

  26. These sliders look amazing, and kid friendly! I’ll have to try them soon!

  27. Whaat? Pepperoni pizza sliders? Haven’t tried them yet but love pepperoni and pizza so they must be delish!

  28. Am I missing it, or does the recipe not give the temperature at which to cook these? Thank you.

  29. I think you have just shown the 2 awesome things go even more awesome together (;

  30. I would love to take this to a potluck for Halloween with black olive shaped as spiders on top.  Does this keep warm well?  Plan to bake it at home and would like to keep it warm in a skillet for serving.  Your thoughts?

  31. Yep…making these.  If there are leftovers would they reheat well?

  32. How perfect will these be for my 8 year old’s slumber party? Thanks for sharing!

  33. Can you provide some instruction on how to make ahead? Would be worried the pizza sauce would make the rolls soggy. Thanks! I’d love to try making these this weekend.

    • You can assemble ahead of time and bake prior to serving. I have never run into sogginess issues when this is made in advance.

  34. This looks so good that it would probably serve 2.5 at our house…my goodness – all of that cheese and pepperoni looks incredible!
