Once it’s all whipped up, you’ll throw the mixture into plastic wrap, forming it into a ball as best as you can. Don’t worry – it doesn’t have to be perfect. Then you can throw it into the freezer or fridge to let it harden just a little bit.

When you’re ready to serve, you’ll roll the ball with some extra bacon and chopped pecans. Yes, extra bacon. Because at the end of the day, there can never be “too much” bacon, especially on game day.

  • 1 (1-ounce) package Ranch Seasoning and Salad Dressing Mix, homemade or store-bought
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add bacon and cook until brown and crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
  2. In a small bowl, combine half of the bacon, pecans and 2 tablespoons parsley; set aside.
  3. In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat cream cheese, cheddar cheese, goat cheese, Ranch Seasoning, Worcestershire and remaining bacon and parsley on medium-high until well combined and fluffy, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. Shape the mixture into a ball and roll in the prepared bacon-pecan mixture.
  5. Serve with crackers.
