I never follow any recipes, but I am tired to prepared the same every night and I found your site and starting today I am cooking my favorite Thai dish, the easiest way possible. Great recipes also I was watching the videos, great videos.
I discovered you about a year ago and my entire family LOVES your recipes. To keep things family friendly we call you “D Squared” and my kids are always up for trying something new if I say it is your recipe. I have just one observation/request. I think all of these recipes are made with chicken thighs, and we are a white meat family. Would you consider adding to your recipes how to modify them for white meat? I want to stay as true as possible to what you have created. Thank you!
Hi Christine! You can absolutely use chicken breasts in lieu of chicken thighs. But you may have to adjust cooking time as needed. Hope that helps!

You always knock my socks of with your yummy dishes, and this one is nothing show of.
You should know that I’ve been using this list for the last year. It’s life saving. When I don’t have much time to think about what to make, I just grab some chicken thighs out of the freezer to defrost, go to work, pull up this list in my spare time to see which recipe works with ingredients I already have at home, come home and like routine just start prepping. I like that most recipes have the same pattern to it. Sear the chicken, whisk together a sauce, pour over chicken and then bake. It’s the perfect way to cook thighs. So much flavor on the skin and so juicy every time. Thank you!!

Why do all of your recipes just use chicken thighs? Why not chicken breasts?

I just discovered your site recently and have made a few of your chicken dishes so far. The first was the Baked Honey Sesame and the next was Parmesan Crusted. After looking through these recipes and bookmarking each one, I must tell you that you should probably win some Master Chicken Chef Trophy or something. The sauces are almost obscenely tasty (I wish I could fill my bathtub and take a soak) and the chicken is always crispy on the outside and a juice bomb on the inside. Thank you for sharing your creativity! I can’t wait to make each of these meals.
Brenna, you summed up exactly what I was thinking perfectly! Great choice of words! We have made probably 30-40 of her recipes since discovering this gem of a website and only one of them was’t just to die for (and I take the blame because I omitted the bacon in the recipe to appease the vegetarian at the office…..bad choice, NEVER omit the bacon! Lol!). Everything is so yummy and so easy!
Never omit the bacon…. let the vegetarian fend for themselves lol Never trust anyone who doesn’t eat bacon. Rule of life.
