Learn how to build the absolute PERFECT antipasto platter! It’s unbelievably easy and sure to be a crowd-pleaser for all your guests! Served with cured meats, fresh cheeses, artichoke hearts, olives, nuts, peppers and focaccia!
I think you guys know me well enough to know that I love a cheese board.
The seriously love-affair-type love.
So I’ll take any excuse to make and have a cheese board.
Jeez, the things I do for you guys, right?
I mean, I have already done this, this and this.
But I haven’t done an antipasto version.
So, that’s what we have here.
And we just have so much happening here.
Cured meats.
So many different kinds of cheeses.
Artichoke hearts, olives, peppadew peppers (which are basically the best things ever).
Marcona almonds.
And tons of focaccia bread because, well, carbs on carbs.
Now as a favor for you guys, I’ll be taste-testing this further during the Super Bowl.
See, this is true commitment to all of you.

Excellent!
Excellent combo. Made the salami with cream cheese and pepperoncini (rolled with a toothpick).
Wanting to try this for Saturday – what is the dressing on the olives?
I bought the same patter at cost plus but haven’t used it yet. May I ask you if you treated the platter before you used it or do you line the platter with parchment paper or foil? Thank you for your help!
I have that same platter and was wondering the same. I used parchment but I’m planning on treating it so it doesn’t get ruined.
Iam bringing platter for holiday and its the best
Going to try this for Thanksgiving to take.
What type of cheese in the glass bowl?
Bocconcini. 🙂
A little off topic, but I love how you arranged everything on a round platter. And I love the platter underneath with the handles, too. Do you remember where you bought them and if they came in a set? Thank you!
Yes, I purchased it from Cost Plus!
I love it! Just ordered mine online from their website!
How many people will this serve?
This yields about 12 servings.
Yum! My husband and I like to have a charcuterie plate for dinner on Sundays… I like your antipasto twist!

Although (to my embarrassment) I’m a really picky eater and probably wouldn’t enjoy everything on your board, it is beautiful and just might push me beyond my usual limits. It’s the most gorgeous cheeseboard I’ve seen – maybe ever!
Wow that is one epic cheeseboard. Great work!!!
All my favs, but what are the tiny red (peppers?) in the olive mix? I must have. Thank you for sharing!
They are peppadew peppers.
Thanks Chungah! I thought peppadew were the bigger red peppers sold at grocery store olive bars…my bad.
Jo, those are Sweety Drops, they are a Peruvian Pepper. you may find them at the Fresh Market if you have one where you live. sometimes they are on the olive bar there. they are delish!!
Guess I’ll try Whole Foods… no Fresh Market near me. Thanks Darlene!
I love the aesthetics of your cheese boards! Absolutely beautiful and creative. You’re a culinary artist.
Thanks, I have a quarterly luncheon I do with friends, I’m always looking for something new or different. This will be on the menu❤️
A cheeseboard is among my favorite things. Although, with too many cheeses I enjoy, it’s so hard to choose! I’ll have to look at this one as guide to for my next cheese plate.
Yum! I totally need to make this for dinner soon!
