ABOUT CHUNGAH
I am the founder, creator, food photographer and recipe developer of Damn Delicious®, a website established in 2011. What started as a grad school hobby using a simple Tumblr account has transformed into my full-time job and business, connecting with millions of readers all over the world with recipes that are regularly featured in major media such as People, TODAY, and Bon Appetit, among many others.
Moving away from sunny Los Angeles, I now reside in the Midwest with my family and corgi crew, cheering on the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Hi Chungah and team : my name is Celeste Roberts and I’m from Hilliard Ohio. I just wanted to pass along a message . I ran across your recipes years ago by random searching . You have been my main recipe search for almost 5+ years . I love, love your simple recipes and am a huge fan ! Your clean ingredients are perfect for my family and especially now that my husband just had open heart surgery . Thank you and keep it up !!
Best, Celeste
Absolutely love your slow cooker recipes! It’s really inspired me to do a lot more of my share of cooking. Your enchilada stack is my husband’s favourite meal of all time – and whenever I’m now slow cooking, he’s bbqing something on the Big Green Egg! I would like to ask though, if there would be a way of having the option of switching the amounts between cups and ml/g etc? I keep having to calculate how much I need of something and it can get a tad frustrating… thank you!!
Google took me to your site the other day for a recipe for InstantPot burrito bowls. We just finished the leftovers today – what a great dish! I have been combing through your “Quick and Easy” recipes and have several more meals planned already. Thanks so much!
I know your life had its challenges but I enjoyed your story book timeline, marriage and smile; It made my morning reading it. I came to your page via my wife who has tried and we have enjoyed YOUR recipes. The internet is a wonderful thing but never tells the whole story when someone as yourself puts yourself out there. I just want to thank you for your site, your story and some really good cooking. I pray you continue in your life successfully.
I’ve been following you for years. I’m so happy for your success

Hello, love your recipes! Please tell me about the Staub pan shown with the best stew ever recipe. It has double silver metal handles. I cannot find one like it, they all have a different style handle. Also is it cast iron and what size? Thank you. Jeff

Congratulations on your continued success! My husband and son are picky eaters. Luckily your site provides many tasty and easy meals that they will happily eat! Thank you!
can you post your original mac n cheese with cauliflower recipe with sour cream, onions, parmesan and what not. I am so sad, my computer broke and so my original saved copy is gone. The new recipe is great, but I did like the old one better. You had only one corgi back then and you had pictures of it and it was so cute. So it is an older but awesome recipe. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!
I am looking for your Chinese Chicken Salad recipe. I made it once and it was so good. Now, I can’t find it.
I just opened the Bay Bisquit recipe and will try it soon. Just want to say that all of your recipes are great, started with them when I retired to China and love them all. Now I am back in the US and look forward to your latest great foods.
I am a fan of Emeril and, believe that simple is best.
