Sun Dried Tomato Chicken and Gnocchi

Homemade Gnocchi
I’ve tested out a few different homemade gnocchi recipes and this one is by far the absolute best! I always get a bit worried and think the potatoes are too dry but the gnocchi turn out perfect every single time!

Creamy Mushroom Pasta

One Pot Lemon Chicken and Orzo
This was excellent. Made with 2% milk since I didn’t have cream, used spinach because I didn’t have kale, and quartered some baby Yukon gold potatoes since we had just had orzo the night before. Potatoes obviously take longer to cook than orzo, but it was delicious. The sauce is to die for.

Homemade Pasta
I love this recipe! Made a double batch. I use the AP flour and 00 flour mixed. Great to have this fettuccini in the freezer. Rich and silky texture. I’m a trained chef and give it my stamp of approval. Thanks for the recipe!

Salmon with Garlic Cream Sauce
Oh my goodness…how delicious is this?! I used my cast iron pan for both the salmon and the sauce. The salmon was beautiful – crispy on the outside and so moist inside. I doubled the sauce recipe and served it with Greek lemon rice. Restaurant worthy!

Easy No Knead Bread

Absolutely delicious! I love that this recipe is quick to whip up, and can easily be changed also. We didn’t have kale, so I added a can of cannelini beans. Next time I’ll add some anchovies, some greenery, and use better wine. Whole family loved it!

Spaghetti Carbonara
Fabulous, straightforward and show stopping. even more delicious if you take more time to caramelize thinly-sliced onions with the bacon, add sliced peppers mushrooms. I’ve made this twice, and it makes even more delicious leftovers.

This was something very new for my somewhat picky family – and everyone loved it. I used two different kinds of fresh ravioli from the store. The sage had the most interesting texture and was so good. The pecans were also a great addition. Made exactly as written and was quick/easy to make. Don’t be afraid to try this one!

Creamy Sausage and Gnocchi
One of my favorite recipes of all time! And as a bonus one of the few 30 minute recipes that actually only take 30 minutes. Highly recommend using spicy turkey sausage, the gnocchi absorbed so much flavor and there was no grease to drain! Thank you for our new dinner staple! My 2 year old also devoured this, spice and all!!!
