Favorite recipe Korean BBQ Beef! Husband and I are both teachers. First week back to school is chaos. The stress. Blood pressure rising by the minute. Having freezer meals that you actually look forward too, priceless. Now I just gotta get the Yak out of my freezer to make room. Yes, a kindhearted friend of ours gave us Yak meat. I’m scared to eat Yak meat!!!!! I had to google what a Yak even was!!!!!
Anyone know where to buy those itsy-bitsy pepperonis in Toronto, Canada?
I have 2 problems with printing out your recipes. First, the right side is cut off and I have to write in the instructions that don’t print. Second, could you some how compress it into one page for the recipes that only have a few instructions on the second page? I don’t know if other people have the same problems but there are only 2 sites that I visit with this issue. Otherwise I love your recipes. I also live alone and wonder if you could create some recipes for 2 to 4 people.
Bonnie, have you tried to print the printer-friendly version of each recipe? It is in a PDF-format that is compressed into 1-2 pages. 🙂
Yes Bonnie, this happens often to me! Aside from the price of ink and paper (not as bad) I copy from the “print page” and paste into a blank document . Sometimes I can even reduce the size of the picture or sometimes I can’t transfer the picture at all. That doesn’t bother me so much though. I manage to get it all on one page. I will remove things that are not necessary (like the word directions or ingredients) or take out a lot of extra spaces or even calorie/nutrition notes. After all do we need the nutritional value of Bacon wrapped Tater Bombs?

I’ve actually made a TON of your recipes that you post – and I’ll definitely be trying a few of these. Specifically, the queso dip, the meatballs & the wontons! Mmm

Given that in Canada everyday is game-day when it comes to hockey … I wold weigh 70000000000000000000000000000000 lbs.
That would be my heaven! Although portion control would play a major role here – it’s all about sampling everything!
ALL of it! It would be the finest tapas table ever seen ^ ^
I love that you did a round up! These all look seriously amazing! I’m working on a soup one because I have way too many soup recipes :).
I was just thinking about emailing you suggesting that you do a soup and/or cupcake cookbook – you are the queen of both! 🙂
Wow! I’m not a sports fan, but could definitely see taking any of these to the next potluck! Verrrry inspiring!!!!
