About Damn Delicious®
Damn Delicious® was simply a hobby, but now it’s my full-time job.
Coming from a very traditional Korean household, I was destined to be one of three things: a lawyer, a dentist or a doctor. So as a grad school hobby, I created a Tumblr account in April 2011 to document some of my favorite recipes. I had one reader, making less than $0.30 per month.
But 14 years later, Damn Delicious® has grown into something that I never thought possible. I have connected with readers all over the world, conquered so many culinary feats in my kitchen, and collaborated with brands that I always dreamed to work with.
Damn Delicious has even grown into an amazing team of individuals working together to create the best possible recipes. We create recipes, step-by-step tutorials, and videos that focus on quick and easy meals for the everyday home cook to show you that it really doesn’t take much to make a homemade meal completely from scratch.
Damn Delicious® is a registered trademark of Chungah Rhee.
I don’t often subscribe to email recipes. Your dog cookie recipe caught my eye. We have several dogs in the family. So, I bought the cutters and I am ready to start production.
I have a true love for Asian people. I worked with several in Toronto when I lived in Southern Ontario. In fact, I loved (and miss) the real Dim Sum restaurants in TO which they used to take me to. I have lived in Sault Ste Marie Ontario for just over 30 years now. I am retired. So I am doing lots of cooking. My wife Collen is the baker. We have 2 “kids” in the city. Both have kids on the way … woot woot!!!!
I must say that you are truly gorgeous. I just know that Ben has to be a very special guy. He is also very lucky. I wish the two of you as many years, and more, than Colleen and I have had thus far. We celebrate 34 years in October.
I’ve just discovered your blog and I’ve fell in love with the authenticity of the recipes that you are sharing.
Just wanted to say how much I love your recipes…they are always down to earth, easy to make, and delicious. A big thank you all the way from Israel!
Your corgi’s are so damncute! Love your recipes your one of my best go to receive sites!
So happy to have come across your great recipes. I’m cooking for three teens, two toddlers and 4 adults. What a challenge! We’re grilling your Easy Grilled Vegetables today. Because everyone’s taste varies, we’re adding some things and omitting others, but I know we’ll love it. Thank again and congratulations.
I finally found it I think under game day, you didn’t have a dip menu, lol CREAMY CHORIZO QUESO DIP
Thanks looks great. Stony
Great pics, and roof top view,, you two lucky people, and I’m right across the lake in Grand
Rapids, yall have so many great recipes, now after reading and thinking you had all these in your head I see some are from others, who cares, they are all great. One question , in your profile page about the roof top wedding, at the start you show a pic of a dish that looks like sausage, cheese jalapenos peppers, and more, What is it and where is the recipe??? Thanks so much.
I think the four of you should be in a TV commercial or print ad. You make such a beautiful couple and your babies are beautiful. I saw someone posted you should have a “real” child. Don’t let anyone make you think or feel you are not complete without having a child. You have a beautiful family right now.
You two are beautiful and so are your two little ones. One day, hope to see your for real little one. I can’t wait…he or she will be so amazing.
My nieces use your recipes and are the ones who told me all about you.
My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Respectfully…
yeah man. put a smile on my face.
Just found your recipes and already started saving. Love the instructions & steps. Congrats on your marriage. You both look so happy. By the way, you have the prettiest teeth I’ve ever seen. Blessings on you both.

After reading the comments, I am indeed curious to start making your tasty recipes.
I just found this site…printed 2 recipes, read about you. You are adorable….I’m sure much older than you look, since you are married with 2 dogs. But you look like a kid. Anyway….I love the recipes I found and I will sign up for email but I was curious if you have nutritional values for the recipes. It would mean a lot to me if you did. If not I will try and calculate myself for I am starting a restrictive diet shortly. Doctors orders. I’m sure other people would like to know also. I don’t know if you can though. Anyway, I’m glad I happened upon your site and will look forward to your recipes. And congrats on your marriage. May you have love and happiness and few bumps in the road. All the best Laine
I have really enjoyed being on your email list and saving recipes that seem simple but tasty. Also sharing in your growth has also been enjoyable. We have homes in Hermosa Beach, Ca and Santa Fe, NM…my wife and daughter also appreciate the presentation and easy to copy tasty treats. Chicken dishes and Asian tasty plates enrich our lives as do hearing about your emotional and professional growth. I just noticed that I sent a reply April 20th 2021
I am new to this. Anxious to start reading and making your recipes. It sounds like I won’t be disappointed.
Your recipes are always so consistent and delicious. Thank you for helping expand my culinary horizons!

I loved reading your story and I am very proud of you just keep up the good work. I would like to. Wish you and your Husband all the Happiness that God can send your way
You had me at “damn” and I often find myself going down the rabbit hole of your recipe catalog for reference and inspiration (I was hoping to find a pancit recipe…). I truly enjoy your site, and thanks for sharing with your fellow foodies!
I don’t recall where I found the Korean Beef Bowl recipe….but I will be making it tonight for dinner, along with a traditional Filipino side called tortang talong (eggplant torta, or omelet). The recipe sounds damn delicious (see what I did there?), and I can’t wait to have it tonight. Gamsahabnida, Chungah-unni!
I made the korean beef bowl, and my father loved it (he is notoriously picky)!!! Threat recipe Chungah!!!
