These quesadillas turned out fantastic! I had some leftover grilled chicken and used a mix of habanero and aged cheddar cheeses for an extra kick. The instructions were straightforward, and the result was both quick and delicious. I paired them with a fresh salsa and a dollop of sour cream.

hot spinach and artichoke dip
Absolutely loved this recipe and plan to make it often. Some of these dips come out dry or tasteless but not Damn Delicious! This recipe starts with flavor, garlic. The only thing I changed was the spinach. I used fresh spinach, a lot less hassle and has taste. Thanks for a terrific recipe.

Homemade Tater Tots
I made the recipe but added some fresh chopped jalapenos and finely grated cheddar cheese to the mix before forming the tots. Turned out JUST like Taco Time stuffed mexi fries. Gonna do it again and quadruple the batch. Par fry and then freeze for later meals. Just take out a handful from the freezer and throw in the air fryer. Damndelish!

Slow Cooker Spinach and Artichoke Dip
I’ve made this twice and it’s a great dip and doubles (or triples in my case) well. Although use slightly less artichoke if you double or triple. I made this at my in laws Christmas in 2014 and it was a hit. Making it again for the same crowd tonight! Works well with baguettes or tortilla chips.
